Curiosity changed
everything.
My journey into ADHD, compassion, and finding a way that fits.

Curiosity Changed Everything
Real progress began when I stopped forcing my brain to be something it’s not—and started getting curious about how it actually works. That simple shift , curiosity over criticism—changed everything. I learned that ADHD isn’t a flaw to fix but a brain difference that deserves understanding, compassion, and better tools. Once I stopped judging myself, growth finally felt possible.
The ADHD Awakening
My journey into ADHD didn’t start with me—it started with my children.
When my youngest entered first grade, the spark he had for learning started to fade, and one day he left a note on my bed that said, ‘I hate school.’ That was my wake-up call. At the same time, I was serving on two PTA boards, pouring my heart into helping families while quietly burning out myself. Researching ADHD for my son opened a mirror I didn’t expect: I recognized my own patterns—task paralysis, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to live up to standards that weren’t built for my brain.
What I had labeled as “just being scattered” was actually how my ADHD brain operated. That awareness didn’t solve everything overnight, but it healed years of confusion and gave me language, compassion, and direction.
Growth Is a Choice
Curiosity became my lifeline. I began to study how the brain can change—how neuroplasticity allows us to build new pathways, one small choice at a time. That truth shaped my coaching philosophy: we can always grow new skills, new awareness, new hope. Healing wasn’t about control—it was about trust. I learned to meet my brain with grace, not guilt. Every small shift—resting when needed, simplifying routines, protecting my energy—became a way of honoring my wiring instead of fighting it.
How I Coach
My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and science-informed understanding of how ADHD shows up in daily life.
I help neurodivergent adults and parents create lives that work with their brains—not against them. My coaching blends mindset work, nervous system awareness, and practical strategies that build self-trust and sustainable progress. I don’t hand out step-by-step formulas; I guide you to find what fits.
I coach the whole person—the thoughts, emotions, and body signals that shape how you show up each day. Clients often tell me: “You saw my potential before I could see it.” And I hold that belief with care until they can hold it for themselves.
Why I Do This Work
This mission is deeply personal.
As a Vietnamese American and a Parent Ambassador for Special Services, I’ve seen how cultural stigma and misunderstanding keep many from seeking support.
My mother’s curiosity about ADHD before she passed continues to inspire my work. I carry her hope with me—through advocacy, education, and making sure every community has access to compassion and understanding.
My quiet faith reminds me that grace and growth can coexist—that we’re each uniquely designed with purpose. That belief guides the way I live, parent, and coach.
An Invitation Forward
I believe your brain is capable of incredible change. You don’t need to fight it, fix it, or force it—you need to understand it. When you begin to see your strengths clearly, everything shifts: confidence grows, direction appears, and life begins to feel like it fits.
If you’re ready to move forward with curiosity and self-compassion, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
