I am currently completing my ADHD life coach training and will graduate in May 2026 as a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC). I am also on track to begin earning the coaching hours required for my ICF- ACC credential afterward.
While I am still a student, I bring years of lived experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families through advocacy, leadership, and community work. My coaching style is gentle, curious, practical, and grounded in how the brain actually works.
Beginning January 2026, I will be offering 45-minute, 1:1 ADHD-informed coaching sessions at special reduced rates available while I complete my coaching certification. These rates are limited and will increase as I graduate and move into full certification.
Coaching is a supportive space to explore what’s not working, understand your patterns, and create changes that actually fit your brain. Together, we focus on:
noticing patterns with curiosity
reducing overwhelm and mental load
building structure and habits that feel doable
strengthening executive function skills
increasing self-awareness and self-trust
creating routines that support your brain
developing sustainable growth at your pace
You do not need an ADHD diagnosis to benefit. If life feels heavy, scattered, chaotic, or out of alignment, coaching can help.
45-minute coaching sessions (weekly or biweekly)
Parent coaching with simple visual supports
Personalized check-ins between sessions
Resources for independent learning
Future offerings: group coaching and complimentary workshops
A warm, pressure-free call to explore what you’re hoping for, what your brain needs, how coaching works, and whether we’re a good fit. There is no obligation and no sales pitch—just clarity.
Before coaching begins, we start with a Grounding Session — a calm, collaborative space where we design the conditions that help you grow.
This is not a coaching session. It’s a time to slow down, get oriented, and create the environment we’ll return to each week.
Together, we clarify:
what you’re hoping for
what support feels good for your brain
how we’ll pace and structure sessions
what you want from the coaching relationship
our agreements + expectations
any tools or add-on sessions that might support your growth
The goal: a coaching space that feels grounded, clear, and aligned before we begin the deeper work.
After the Grounding Session, we will discuss which coaching container fits your needs.
Sprout — 3 Sessions (45 minutes each)
Timeline: 4 to 6 weeks

• Simple, sustainable strategies that work with your brain
• Gentle accountability and reflection
• Optional add-on consultation sessions for topics like time and capacity, values, emotional regulation, or ADHD-friendly tools (these are not coaching sessions but are structured learning and skill-building sessions)
Sprout is a good fit if you want consistent support without a long commitment, or if you are beginning your coaching journey and want something paced, manageable, and grounded in curiosity.
